Application Process for Non-Government Teachers' Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA)
I. First, visit NTRCA teletalk com bd website: ntrca.teletalk.com.bd
II. Then click on “Application Form”.
III. Select the post you want to apply for and click on the “Next” button.
IV. If you are a premium member of alljobs.teletalk.com.bd, select "Yes". Otherwise, select "No".
V. Now DPP will open the job application form.
VI. Fill the application form correctly and click “Submit” button.
VII. Upload your recent color photo and signature photo.

Conditions regarding filling of application form Non-Government Teachers' Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA)
(A) In the online application form, the candidate has to scan his signature (length 300 * width 80) pixel and color picture (white background) (length 300 * width 300) pixel and upload it at the designated place. Image size should be a maximum of 100 KB and signature size should be a maximum of 60 KB.
(B) Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself must be 100% sure about the accuracy of all the information filled in before submitting the application form online.
(C) Candidates should keep a color-printed copy of the application form filled in online as helpful in case of any need related to the examination and submit one copy at the time of the oral examination.

Candidates should pay the examination fee of Rs.350/- (three hundred and fifty) within 72 (seventy-two) hours of submitting the application by sending two SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number. Even if all the parts of the application are submitted online, the online application will not be accepted until the examination fee is submitted.

Receipt of Admit Card will be informed in due course through SMS on the mobile number provided by the candidate. After receiving the SMS, candidates can download their admit card from the website ntrca.teletalk.com.bd.
Preliminary Test Admit Card:
After depositing the test fee as per the instructions in paragraph 5, User ID and Password will be sent to the candidate's mobile number through SMS from Teletalk Bangladesh Ltd. By using the sent User ID and Password, the candidate can download his preliminary test admit card on time.
Admit Card for Written Test:
Admit Card will be provided to the qualified candidates at ntrca.teletalk.com.bd website after the release of the results of the candidates who have cleared the preliminary test. Passed candidates can download the admit card for the written exam on time by using the previously provided User ID and Password after receiving the SMS.
Candidates who qualify for the written test will be informed about the time and venue of the oral test through SMS.
Candidates who have cleared the written test shall retain the Admit Card of the Preliminary Test and the Admit Card of the Written Test and compulsorily produce the same at the time of receiving the Oral Test and Registration Certificate.

Exam and Exam Date of Non-Government Teachers' Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA)
Preliminary Test:
The preliminary test schedule for the 18th registration examination 2023 under the Private Teacher Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) has been published. School-II and School Stage Examination will be held on 15 March 2024 (Friday) from 9.30 am to 10.30 am. College Level Examination will be held on 15th March 2024 (Friday) from 03.30 PM to 04.30 PM.Candidates have to participate in 100 Marks Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) Type Preliminary Test. Full time of examination 1 (one) hour answer sheet with optical Mark Readable Litho Code will be evaluated through computer in OMR machine.
There will be total 100 questions in this exam. Candidates will get 1 (one) mark for each correct answer, but for wrong answers 0.25 (decimal two five) marks will be deducted from the total marks obtained for each wrong answer.
The decision given by NTRCA will be final in determining the eligibility of the candidates to appear in the preliminary test and the performance in the preliminary test.
40% Pass Marks in Preliminary Test.

3. At the college level

A. The date, venue, and schedule of the written examination will be published later in the form of notification in the National newspaper and NTRCA website. C. Based on the marks obtained in the written test, the number of candidates will be selected for the oral test as per the authority rules in each subject in order of merit.
