The Bankers Selection Committee Secretariat is a committee which is established for the recruitment process in banks. It was established in 2015. The Bankers Selection Committee Secretariat is formed to appoint first and second-class officers in state-owned banks and financial institutions.

Everything you need to know about the application form and appearing in the exam
a) Maximum 30 years in case of all candidates except children of freedom fighters and physically challenged on 20th January 2024 AD. Maximum 32 years in case of children of freedom fighters and physically challenged candidates.
b) Job candidates should apply with prior approval of their appointing authority and produce a copy of said approval on the day of the oral examination.
c) The government's latest policy regarding quota and other rules and regulations shall be duly followed in recruitment.
d) The concerned banks will issue the final appointment following their own rules.
e) If any substantive errors are found in the information provided by the applicant in the online application, the applicant will not be allowed to participate in the oral examination. Moreover, the candidate will not be included in the panel even if any errors are observed during the preparation of the panel at the end of the oral examination.
f) Candidates need not submit any documents while applying online. Candidates who have cleared the written test must submit appropriate certificates/certificates on the day of the oral test in support of every information provided in the online application.

Application Process
I) First, visit the website erecruitment.bb.org.bd.
II) Then go to Online Application and click on Apply Online.
III) Select the post you want to apply for and click on the Apply Online button.
IV) If you have previously applied to Bangladesh Bank, click on Submit Application with CV Identification No and Password. Otherwise click on new applicant register now.
V) Now the job application form will open.
VI) Fill the application form correctly and click on the submit application button.
VII) After that, you have to verify payment.
VIII) Clicking on Verify will take you to the Print Tracking page and your application will be complete.
IX) Application form should be printed for future use.
X) After registering online, new candidates will get a CV ID Number and Password which must be saved for future use (no more than one CV can be created against one candidate).
Application Fee Submission Rules
Fees must be paid using the Prepaid method of Mobile Financial Services (MFS) 'Rocket' of Dutch Bangla Bank PLC. In both rocket app and manual, payment can be made.

V) Enter Biller ID number : 499
VI) Enter Your Bill Number: Job ID No.
VII) Enter: First part of your CV ID No. [Digits before Hyphen (-)]
VIII) Enter the bill amount: BDT 200.
IX) Now enter your Rocket Mobile Menu "PIN” to confirm
X) Done! You will receive a confirmation message from 16216. Transaction ID (TxnID) from this SMS should be saved.
Application fee
Non-refundable 200/-(two hundred) taka must be paid by the applicant through the Prepaid Payment method of Dutch-Bangla Bank PLC's Mobile Financial Services (MFS) 'Rocket' using his or her agent account. If the fee is deposited with the wrong Job ID or CV ID, or if the payment is not verified, the application will not be accepted. If any applicant fails to complete the Payment Verification, they will not be able to download the Admit Card later.
CV Identification No and Password Recovery
Candidates already registered in the Bangladesh Bank system should submit an application using their existing CV ID Number and Password. If you forget the CV ID Number and Password then you can recover the CV ID Number and Password by following the below method.
II) Then go to applicant CV and click on Search CV Track Id.
III) Fill out the form correctly and click on the submit button.
IV) Then you will see the CV Identification Number below the submit button.
V) Then click on Forget Password.
VI) Then fill out the form correctly and click on the submit button.
VII) Then you will be given a temporary password and click on change password.
VIII) Fill out the form correctly and click on the submit button.
IX) Only then will your password change.
Photo and Signature
I)Previously registered candidates can use existing photo. However, the new candidate must scan and upload a color photograph (with white background) taken not more than three months ago with a size of 600x600 pixels and a file size not exceeding 100 KB. Covering the face and ears cannot be done while taking pictures. Uploading black and white photos and Informal photos will be treated as cancellation of candidature.
II)The candidate's signature should be scanned and uploaded at the designated place with a size of 300x80 pixels and file size not exceeding 60 KB. The signature must be in black ink on white paper.
Collection of Tracking Pages:
One Tracking Page with a Tracking ID Number will be provided to the candidate after payment verification is completed. The tracking page must be saved for future use. Only after saving the tracking page will the candidate's application be considered complete. Duplicate copy of the Tracking Page will not be provided under any circumstances after the stipulated time.
Examination and Examination Dates
Candidates will have to attend the exam:-
I) preliminary selection,
II) written and
III) oral test.
