Everything you need to know about the application form and appearing in the exam
a) Candidate age should be 18-30 years as of 01 January 2024. However, for the sons and daughters of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged candidates, the age limit is below 32 years in the field of candidacy. No affidavit will be accepted for proof of age.
b) Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply with the permission of the appropriate authority. Employed candidates should tick the Departmental Candidate box while filling out the application form subject to fulfilling all the conditions. This condition does not apply to others. However, all the serving candidates are required to submit the original copy of no objection clearance issued by the appointing authority at the time of oral examination.
c) The existing rules and regulations of the government in the matter of recruitment and any subsequent amendments to the relevant rules will be followed. Age limit is relaxable up to 40 years in case of departmental candidates.
d) The authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts mentioned in the notification or to cancel any post or the entire notification.
e) Defective/incomplete application forms will be treated as rejected without assigning any reason.
f) No TA/DA will be provided for participation in written/oral/practical test.
g) The decision of the Appointing Authority shall be final in all matters relating to recruitment.

Application Process for Health Services Division (HSD)
I. First, visit HSD teletalk com bd website: ntrca.teletalk.com.bd
II. Then click on “Application Form”.
III. Select the post you want to apply for and click on the “Next” button.
IV. If you are a premium member of alljobs.teletalk.com.bd, select "Yes". Otherwise, select "No".
V. Now HSD will open the job application form.
VI. Fill the application form correctly and click “Submit” button.
VII. Upload your recent color photo and signature photo.
VIII. Then click on "Submit Application" button.
IX. Finally, download your copy of the HSD applicant and take a printout for future reference.
X. It should be noted that the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances unless the examination fee is deposited within 72 (seventy-two) hours of submission of the application.
Conditions regarding filling of application form Health Services Division (HSD)
(A) In the online application form, the candidate has to scan his signature (length 300 * width 80) pixel and color picture (length 300 * width 300) pixel and upload it at the designated place. Image size should be a maximum of 100 KB and signature size should be a maximum of 60 KB.
(B) Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself must be 100% sure about the accuracy of all the information filled in before submitting the application form online.
(C) Candidates should keep a color-printed copy of the application form filled in online as helpful in case of any need related to the examination and submit one copy during the oral examination and submit one copy have to give at the time of the oral examination.

Regarding the application fee, the Health Services Division (HSD)
Candidates can send two SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number for the examination fee the post mentioned in Serial No. 1 of Tk 300/-(Three Hundred) Teletalk charges Tk 35/- (thirty-Five) Total Tk 335/-(Three Hundred Thirty-Five), the post mentioned in Serial No. 2-5 of Tk 200/-(Two Hundred) Teletalk charges Tk 23/- (Twenty-Three) Total Tk 223/-(Two Hundred Twenty-Three) and the post mentioned in Serial No. 6-7 of Tk 100/-(one Hundred) Teletalk charges Tk 12/- (Twelve) Total Tk 112/-(one Hundred Twelve) (Non-refundable) to be deposited within 72 (seventy-two) hours of submission of application. Even if all the parts of the application are submitted online, the online application will not be accepted until the examination fee is submitted.

After filling out the application form online properly and uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, after completing the submission of the application form, the applicant's preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Admit Card of Health Services Division (HSD)
