a) On November 23, 2023, the candidate's age limit must be as per the description in column 3 of the circular. However, the maximum age limit is 18-32 years in the case of brave freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters of sons and daughters and physically challenged. No affidavit will be accepted for proof of age.
b) Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply with the permission of the appropriate authority. Employed candidates should tick the Departmental Candidate box while filling out the application form subject to fulfilling all the conditions. This condition does not apply to others. However, all the serving candidates are required to submit the original copy of no objection clearance issued by the appointing authority at the time of oral examination.
c) Original copies of all certificates must be displayed at the time of oral examination and one set of attested photocopies of all certificates along with the filled Application Form and admission form must be submitted.
d) The existing rules and regulations of the Government in respect of recruitment and any subsequent amendments to the relevant rules shall be followed.
e) No TA/DA will be provided for participation in written/oral/practical test.
f) The authority reserves the right to reduce/increase the number of posts mentioned in the notification and cancel the notification.
g) The decision of the Appointing Authority shall be final in all matters relating to recruitment.

Conditions regarding filling of application form Road Transport and Highways Division (RTHD)
(A) In the online application form, the candidate has to scan his signature (length 300 * width 80) pixel and color picture (length 300 * width 300) pixel and upload it at the designated place. Image size should be a maximum of 100 KB and signature size should be a maximum of 60 KB.
